Ladue to Close for 40 Days at 141 While Interchange is Built
Ladue Road will close after morning rush hour on Oct. 10.
Ladue Road east of Highway 141 will close for up to 40 days after morning rush hour on Oct. 10 while workers connect the road to the new interchange that's been under construction for more than a year now.
The route, in Town and Country bordering Chesterfield, is designed to ease flooding along Route 141, reduce congestion and improve safety. The work is being done by the Missouri Department of Transportation and contractor Fred Weber Inc.
Drivers are encouraged to use Mason and Conway roads as a detour around the contruction.
For several months, drivers have been taking a make-shift detour from Ladue on the west of 141, north to an intersection at Parkway Central High School, south along a portion of the new roadway at 141 and back east on Ladue Road.
