Halloween 2012: When is Trick-or-Treating in Town and Country and Manchester?

Because Halloween falls on a weekday in 2012, most trick-or-treating will occur on Wednesday in Town and Country, Manchester and across St. Louis.

Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year, so most trick-or-treating in 2012 is happening in the middle of the week.

Some events—like Manchester's Halloween Festival took place over the weekend, but as far as the kids going door-to-door, police departments in both Town and Country and Manchester do not have set hours designated for trick-or-treaters so it's up to the parents.

If you see a Manchester police car, be sure to visit. Officers will be giving away candy on Halloween night.

Most young children will begin trick-or-treating just before sunset while older kids will likely stay out a little longer in the evening. Sunset for Halloween is expected at 6:02 p.m., according to The Weather Channel. The channel's forecast is a high of 57 degrees and a low of 40 degrees, with no rain expected at this time.

Funny!!:) But seriously... some cities designate certain hours for trick-or-treating so that was the main thing we were trying to get out to people:) I'm with ya, love the pics too.. and thanks for the comment!:) We love it when readers post what's on their minds!:)
