Manchester Actresses Land Lead Roles in Variety's Annie

Two Manchester actresses will star in Variety Children's Theatre's fall production of Annie!  Julie Probst and Michele Elmore will grace the stage at the Touhill Performing Arts Center this October 26-28, working alongside Variety Kids in both the cast and crew.

You may remember Julie from her days as a Mouseketeer or her three seasons playing Sue Ann on the Facts of Life.  This fall she'll play Lily, the women who poses as Annie's mother to make a fast buck.

Michele Elmore first appeared on the Muny stage as a child and has now been an active part of the St. Louis theater community for 40 years.  Michelle will play the evil orphanage matron, Miss Hannigan.

Variety Children's Theatre is where St. Louis' performing arts community partners with Variety Kids of all abilities to bring an unforgettable theatre experience to audience, cast and crew.  Tickets for Annie are on sale now at www.touhill.org.
